Many foster and adoptive parents live in what feels like constant triage—responding, managing, and holding it together. Michelle, with Heart Song for Life, will be sharing what it looks like to move beyond survival living and into steadier rhythms of mental and relational health without guilt or unrealistic expectations. We’ll talk about how to care for your own heart, protect your relationships, and stay anchored and healthy for the long haul.
