Brittany Fowler from Family Hope House will be training us on “Self Care.” “Parents all seem to have a love-hate relationship with the words “self-care.” We all know it is a great idea, but we also all feel it is pretty impossible. This month we will learn a different way to conceptualize self-care. We will face the reality about why we don’t do it and how we can commit to one another to be better at it so we can be better parents!” Dinner and Childcare are provided but families must register to attend.
